Utilizing the breath and simple repetitive movement combined with music, Kai Chi Do is a moving meditation. This beautiful practice helps build connections, facilitate release and allow life energy to flow more freely. It can be quite a workout of you so choose but I like to think of that as more of a bonus. For Lotus, Kai Chi Do is freedom.
