Altered Self Wellness – Transform into the best possible version of yourself
Twelve women gathered to learn more about self-love and compassion in 2018. During the next six weeks, we would cover Self-love, living authentically, practicing compassion, forgiveness, accepting and nurturing ourselves and implementing self-love in action, also called self-care.
Friendships were created during this time. Personal growth and development was cultivated. Tears were shed, laughter was heard, dancing took place and support was given. Learning how to be gentle, supportive and encouraging with ourselves the same way we are with others.
Twelve women went home and loved themselves a little more.
Twelve women went home and took better care of themselves.
Twelve women went home and showed their family how to love from the inside out.
A ripple of love was created.
