A coach is someone with whom you form a partnership to achieve your goals. As your coach, I will demonstrate expertise in overcoming hurdles and building wellness. If leading a successful, joyful life, where you are not a prisoner to your behaviors appeals to you, and you are ready to become the best possible version of yourself working with me will be a game-changer.
Many different types of successful people have coaches: Actors, Singers, Business executives, Investors, Athletes–even Tiger Woods! Anyone who wants to succeed in any area of life can benefit from having a coach.
As your coach, I will walk with you on your journey to improved health and well-being. You have within yourself the answers you seek, and I will keep you empowered to find them. Sometimes your answer is hidden or obscured, but with a little help from me, you can uncover or rediscover a solution that will allow you to live a vibrant and beautiful life.
You will stay motivated and learn effective strategies for change. Together we will evaluate your progress, and you will have a person to whom you can be accountable with, which will add the extra inspiration to create rapid growth and healing.
How Coaching Works
The way that my coaching program works is this:
first, you sign up for a free mini-session.
After the first session, if you decide to work with me, we can begin your coaching program. We will talk one-on-one over the phone or in my office every week for twelve weeks.
In between sessions, I make myself available via text and email. This ensures that I can immediately address any questions or hurdles you may encounter.
I will keep you motivated, moving forward, inspired, and supported throughout this process.
It is imperative that you actively and purposefully participate in the journey for it to be effective. The harder you work, and the more you invest in yourself, the more you will gain from the coaching experience.
